Who is the developer, and what does the Rockefeller name mean here?

The developer is LMD, as named in the developer's factsheet. The tower carries the Christian A. Rockefeller name, which the factsheet associates with a prominent business family. The terms of that brand relationship belong to the developer to explain. This website makes no claim about any other company or building that uses the Rockefeller name, and it is not run by LMD or by Christian A. Rockefeller (see Is this the official website?).

How tall is the tower, and how many floors does it have?

Per the developer's factsheet, the tower has 87 floors and stands 372 metres (1,220 feet) high. Heights and floor counts quoted on other websites vary, so this page uses the factsheet figures only (see Are the figures final?).

How many offices are there, and what formats are offered?

Per the factsheet, 332 offices in five formats: Core, Medium, Premier, Half Floor and Full Floor. They range from individual offices to half-floor and full-floor headquarters. Yes. The factsheet lists the ownership as freehold and the unit status as commercial office. Ask for it in full and have a lawyer review it.

When is handover?

The factsheet gives an expected handover of Q2 2031. That is the developer's current programme, not a guarantee: the factsheet describes handover dates as indicative and subject to change without notice. The tower is not yet complete, so the images on this website are artist's impressions.

Who can buy an office in the tower?

The factsheet does not set out who is eligible to buy, so this website does not either. Eligibility and the documents required depend on the developer's terms and the applicable law. Ask for them in writing when you request the brochure, and take independent legal advice.

04 / Prices & the brochure

What is private, and how to ask.

Why isn't the price published here?

Prices, price per square foot, the payment plan and current availability are shared privately, on request. They change, and sending them to you directly means what you receive is current. Nothing about price or payment is printed on this website, and nothing here is an offer.

How do I request the brochure?

Leave your first name, last name, mobile number and email using Request the brochure, or Enquire at the top of the page. The brochure comes back to you directly, and the sales office follows up on your mobile.

What does the brochure include?

The brochure is the developer's floor-plan book: each office type's floor plate, level range and area. The current prices, payment schedule and availability are sent alongside it, directly to you rather than published. Requesting it is not a commitment to buy. Your name, mobile number and email are used only to send the brochure and follow up about this project; see the privacy notice.

05 / About this website

Independent, not official.

Is this the official website of the tower or the developer?

No. rockefellerdubai.com is an independent marketing website. It is not the official website of the developer, LMD, or of Christian A. Rockefeller, and the names are used only to identify the project.

Do you take payments or bookings through this website?

No. No payment is requested or accepted through this website, and it has no booking system. Its only form is the brochure enquiry, which asks for your name, mobile number and email. Any purchase is documented in the Sale and Purchase Agreement, not on this site. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Are the figures and images final? Why do other websites quote different numbers?

No. Figures here are taken from the developer's factsheet and are indicative and subject to change, and images are artist's impressions. Figures on other websites can differ, because listings and articles are written at different times from different sources. This page uses only the factsheet and labels it. Only the final Sale and Purchase Agreement has legal effect. This is private marketing information, not an offer, contract or warranty. E&OE.
