The tower's full name, as LMD announces it, is Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower. It is also called The Rockefeller Tower, and this page uses both names so that you can find it. LMD's own launch announcement uses the full name. Who LMD says it is
The developer of Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower is LMD. In LMD's launch announcement (CBNME, 23 October 2026), LMD describes itself as a global real estate developer behind "a portfolio of successful destinations across Europe, Egypt and the UAE". That is LMD's own description. We have not checked it independently, and this website does not rank LMD against other developers.
The developer's factsheet also names LMD as the developer. If you search for the project under "LMD Rockefeller Tower", this is the building you will find.
02 / The launch
What was launched, and when
LMD's launch announcement as carried by TradeArabia (22 October 2026) carries the dateline Thursday 22 October 2026 and says LMD announced the launch of Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. CBNME carried it on 23 October 2026, and Zawya Projects carried it on 22 October 2026. The three versions describe the same announcement, and each leaves out details that another includes.
The launch announcement describes an 87-storey office tower of Grade A offices with hotel-style amenities. For the figures themselves, see floors and specification. Units and terms are released by the developer's sales office, so availability can change; a brochure request returns what is currently released.

The Rockefeller name
According to TradeArabia, the tower "is being developed in partnership with Christian A. Rockefeller". The announcement does not set out the terms of that arrangement. The terms of the brand relationship belong to LMD to explain, and this website makes no claim beyond what LMD has said.
LMD's announcement calls the building Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower. Zawya's version calls it Christian A. Rockefeller Commercial Tower. "The Rockefeller Tower" is how many buyers search for it, and it is not a name LMD uses in the announcement. This website uses the two names together so that both searches find the same building.
04 / Programme
Completion in Q2 2031
LMD's announcement says the tower is scheduled for completion in Q2 2031 (Zawya Projects). The developer's factsheet gives the same expected handover. That is the developer's current programme, not a guarantee: the factsheet describes handover dates as indicative and subject to change without notice. The tower is not yet complete.

What LMD has not yet published
In the coverage we read, the announcement names an interior designer for the common areas but no architect or main contractor. It does not give LMD's founding year, a list of its completed projects, or the registered company that will sell the offices. None of these is unusual at launch, and all of them are fair questions for the sales office.
