Christian A. Rockefeller Tower (The Rockefeller Tower): what to check first

The tower's full name, as LMD announces it, is Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower. It is also called The Rockefeller Tower, and this page uses both names so that you can find it. LMD's own launch announcement uses the full name. This page lists five practical checks to make before you reserve an office, each tied to a fact from LMD's launch announcement or the developer's factsheet.

General information, not legal advice. Figures "per the developer's factsheet" are indicative and subject to change. Checked 27 October 2026. rockefellerdubai.com is independent and is not LMD's website, and nothing here is an offer.

01 / Check 1

Confirm the official name

LMD's launch announcement (CBNME, 23 October 2026) calls the building Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower. "The Rockefeller Tower" is a common way to search for it, not the name in LMD's announcement. Make sure every document you sign or pay against, from the reservation form to the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), carries the project name the developer has registered. If a document uses a different name, ask why, in writing.

02 / Check 2

Ask for the current factsheet

LMD's launch announcement and the developer's factsheet differ in two places: the height of the tower, and how the offices are grouped (four collections in the announcement, five formats in the factsheet). Both documents give 87 storeys. Ask the sales office for the current factsheet and floor plan book, with the date each was issued, and ask which one your SPA schedule will follow. See floors and specification for the figures that agree.

03 / Check 3

Treat handover as indicative

LMD's announcement says completion is scheduled for Q2 2031, and the factsheet gives the same expected handover. That is the developer's current programme, not a guarantee, and the factsheet describes handover dates as indicative. Ask what the SPA says about the completion date, what notice you receive of any change, and what remedies it gives you if the date moves.

04 / Check 4

Ask who the registered developer entity is

The announcement names LMD as the developer. The company that sells you the office, and signs the SPA, is a registered legal entity, and its name may differ from the brand on the brochure. Ask for the entity's full registered name and confirm it is the one on the SPA. Our page on the developer and the launch sets out what LMD has and has not published.

05 / Check 5

Check registration with the Dubai Land Department

Ask how and when the developer registers each sale with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), and what you receive as proof that it has been done. Ask also for the plot number the tower stands on, since the announcement gives none (see location and Metro). Our guide to buying an office in Dubai sets out the legal detail with dated, official sources, so it is not repeated here.

Where the figures come from

Public pages were re-opened on 27 October 2026 to check the wording quoted above. Quotation marks are used only for words found on the page.

  1. CBNME, 23 October 2026: the building's name, four office collections, Q2 2031 completion.
  2. Zawya Projects, 22 October 2026: Q2 2031 completion.
  3. The developer's factsheet (11 pages) and floor plan book (36 pages), cited as "per the developer's factsheet". They are not published as web pages, so they cannot be linked.

Request the brochure.

Leave your details once and the brochure comes back to you directly, with its floor plans; prices and the payment schedule are shared privately alongside it. Nothing about price is published on this website.
