The tower's full name, as LMD announces it, is Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower. It is also called The Rockefeller Tower, and this page uses both names so that you can find it. LMD's own launch announcement uses the full name. This page sets out where it stands on Sheikh Zayed Road, which Metro stations are nearby and what the developer says about travel times.
Travel times are "per the developer's factsheet", which is not published as a web page. They are indicative and the factsheet does not say how you travel. 01 / The address
On Sheikh Zayed Road
Every source we have read puts the tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. LMD's launch announcement as carried by Zawya Projects (22 October 2026) describes it as "set between DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay". The developer's factsheet uses the same three neighbours.
No plot number or street address appears in the announcement. This website labels the address "Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay" as a convenient shorthand, but Business Bay appears in LMD's description as one of three neighbouring areas, so it does not by itself tell you the plot's registered community name. For the plot's registered address and community name, ask for the developer's documents.
02 / Metro
Between two Metro stations
According to LMD's launch announcement (CBNME, 23 October 2026), the tower is positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road "between Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro stations".
Per the developer's factsheet, indicative travel times are 2 minutes to Business Bay Metro Station and 2 minutes to Dubai Mall Metro Station. The factsheet gives these in minutes and does not say whether you would walk, drive or take a shuttle. Neither document gives a distance or a walking route.
03 / Airport
Dubai International Airport
Per the developer's factsheet, DXB International Airport is 20 minutes away. As with the Metro times, this is indicative. Road conditions on Sheikh Zayed Road change a great deal between early morning and rush hour, so test the journey at the time you would actually make it.
04 / The descriptions
Reading the location descriptions
The three descriptions you will meet are consistent with one another. "On Sheikh Zayed Road" names the road. "Between DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay" names the neighbouring districts. "Between Business Bay and Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro stations" names the Metro stations on either side of the tower. None of them is a plot number.
That matters for ownership, because on Sheikh Zayed Road freehold designation is plot by plot, and a district name does not tell you whether a given plot is designated. Checking the location yourself
A short list that costs nothing: visit the site at the time of day your staff would arrive, make the trip from each station, and ask the sales office what is built today and what is still planned around the plot. The tower is not yet complete, so images on this website are artist's impressions. Floor plates and sizes are sent with the brochure.
