Christian A. Rockefeller Tower (The Rockefeller Tower): floors and specification

The tower's full name, as LMD announces it, is Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower. It is also called The Rockefeller Tower, and this page uses both names so that you can find it. LMD's own launch announcement uses the full name. Below are the floor count, office formats, lifts, parking and amenity levels, each with its source, and a note on where the sources differ.

Figures marked "per the developer's factsheet" come from LMD's factsheet and floor plan book, which are not published as web pages. Figures with a link come from LMD's launch announcement. All figures are indicative and subject to change, and images are artist's impressions. Checked 27 October 2026. rockefellerdubai.com is independent and is not LMD's website.

01 / The tower

Floors and offices

The tower has 87 storeys. LMD's launch announcement says so, as carried by CBNME (23 October 2026) and Zawya Projects, and so does the developer's factsheet.

Per the developer's factsheet there are 332 offices in five formats: Core, Medium, Premier, Half Floor and Full Floor. Zawya's version of the announcement also counts 332 units. In the factsheet's unit mix, Core, Medium and Premier offices share the mixed floors on levels 15 to 17, 19 to 39 and 41 to 57. Half floors are on levels 58 to 62, 64 to 70 and 81 to 85, and full floors are on levels 71 to 80.

The two documents group the offices differently. According to LMD's launch announcement (CBNME, 23 October 2026), the offices are described as four collections, while the factsheet lists five formats. Ask the sales office which grouping and level range applies to the office you are considering, in writing.

02 / Height

Height

This page does not print a height. LMD's launch announcement and the developer's factsheet give different figures, so the floor count is the figure to rely on.

If height matters to you, ask for the current factsheet and its issue date. Our what to check first page lists the other figures worth confirming.

03 / Lifts and parking

Lifts and parking

Per the developer's factsheet, the tower has 23 lifts with 39 cabins: 8 double-decker high-speed lifts for the low zones, 8 for the high zones, 3 shuttle lifts from parking to the ground floor, 3 dedicated to the wellness floors and 1 service and firefighter lift. LMD's launch announcement (CBNME, 23 October 2026) also gives 23 elevators, including high-speed double-decker lifts.

Per the factsheet, parking is 1,100+ spaces across 16 levels. The announcement says more than 1,100 parking spaces. Ask how parking is assigned to your office.

04 / Amenity levels

Five amenity levels, a triple-height lobby

The factsheet lists five levels of dedicated, hotel-style amenities. CBNME's version of LMD's launch announcement (23 October 2026) describes "five dedicated amenity floors, including two devoted to wellness". The levels the factsheet names are:

  • The Retreat, level 13Spa, massage rooms, ice room, sauna room, steam room, padel court, infinity pool, pool cabanas and a sun bed terrace.
  • The Retreat, level 14Juice bar and lounge, a fully equipped gym and a multipurpose studio.
  • The Sky Exchange & Observatory, level 87Multipurpose hall, co-working space, meeting rooms, meeting hub, podcast rooms, outdoor bar, infinity pool and pre-function area.

The announcement adds a triple-height lobby, and says the common-area interior concept is by Bahrain-based International Design Associates (IDA).

05 / Not published

What is not published

Floor plates and office sizes are not printed on this website. They are sent with the brochure, which is the developer's floor plan book. We have not seen ceiling heights or a finishes specification in anything LMD has published, so treat any figure quoted for them as unconfirmed until it is in a document you can keep.

Nothing on this page is an offer, and only the final Sale and Purchase Agreement has legal effect.
